Refund Policy

Opulent Mass LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Opulent CRM subscriptions. If the platform is not right for your team, request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund that charge. You do not need to give a reason.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription charge and to any charge for seats added during the 30-day window. Later renewal charges can also be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date where the service was not used in that period, and we will always consider requests outside these windows in good faith.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, so the fastest route is to request one directly at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or from the receipt email for that charge.

You can also email us at support@opulentcrm.app with your organization name and the charge date, and we will raise the refund with Paddle.com for you. See also the Paddle.com refund policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle.comtypically processes them within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to show the money in your account.

Seats can be added or removed at any time. Adding a seat mid-cycle is charged prorated to the day; removing a seat credits the unused portion of that seat against your account. These prorated adjustments happen automatically and do not require a refund request.

Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays available for export during the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
